MCKENZIE (October 27) A section of College Drive, McKenzie was closed over the weekend as artisans installed a new Bethel College logo at the intersection of Cherry Avenue and College Drive.

Houston Construction Company completed the work, said Mayor Walter Winchester. The company's owner, is the nephew of the late Pat Houston, who operated a grocery store at the intersection of Elm Street and Euclid.

The work was included in the same grant for the sidewalks along College Drive.
