McKenzie has a new doctor in town. Dr. Duane Patrick, IV has opened McKenzie Family Chiropractic at 35 Lawrence Street in McKenzie, where he is accepting patients on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Dr. Patrick purchased Carroll County Chiropractic at that location from Dr. Michael Roberts, who is continuing to treat patients at the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dr. Patrick, 29, grew up in Greenfield, the son of Duane and Ann Patrick. He is a graduate of Greenfield High School and attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated with a doctor of chiropractic degree in August 2007 and has been practicing for the past year in Union City.

Dr. Patrick and his family recently moved to Macedonia Community in McKenzie. He and his wife, Erica, have a six-year-old daughter, Claudia, who is in the first grade at McKenzie Elementary School, and four-year-old son, Duane Patrick V, who is known by his family as “Bubba.”

The Patricks also have family ties to McKenzie. Erica’s sister is McKenzian Gina Brush, wife of Joey Brush.
