Property Damage — On January 25, Deputy McGee, took a report from victim whose vehicle had been keyed all the way around as well as three tires being punctured. Damage estimated around $10,000. This incident is under investigation at this time. more
Theft — Nine vehicles were vandalized on April 24 when the catalytic converters were all removed from underneath the vehicles. more
Lamont Treadway, 40, of Bruceton was arrested on September 17 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II methamphetamine. Officer Roberts observed a vehicle going 48 in a 35 MPH zone on Buena Vista Road when he initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver was Lamont D. Treadway, who had told the officer that he had smoked marijuana and had a pipe in the vehicle for smoking marijuana. Officer Roberts then searched the vehicle and did find a pipe with meth inside it. more
Multiple Charges — William Henry Hollowell, 40, of Huntingdon was charged with criminal impersonation, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest. more
Evading Arrest, Aggravated Assault — Vince D. Vandiver, 53, N. Main Street, Milan was arrested on January 24 after leading officers on a high-speed pursuit, slamming into a patrol car, and ending his journey when a tire deflated. more

DUI Arrest — Tre’von Woods, 23, of Jackson, was arrested for DUI on September 15. Woods drove into a DUI checkpoint around 11 p.m. where deputy Smith was working. His vehicle reportedly smelled like marijuana, in which Woods said he had smoked 30 minutes before. The deputy then asked Woods to pull his vehicle to the side of the road to perform a sobriety test in which he failed and was then arrested. more
Motor Theft Vehicle — Kyle M. Jackson, 31, of Huntingdon is charged with Theft over 2500 and less than 10,000. more

Huntingdon (June 28) — Three persons were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court during a court hearing on June 28 in Carroll County General Sessions Court. more
Criminal Trespass, Resisting Arrest — Keshun Deeonte Smith, 20, Lexington Tenn., was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Resisting Arrest following an incident at McKenzie City Park on September 21. more
Multiple Charges — Cory Dale Alspaugh, 31, of 221 Marie Street, Hollow Rock, was charged with aggravated assault, domestic assault, and reckless endangerment following a May 12 incident at his home. more

Burglary/Theft — Caleb Huddleston, of McKenzie, came to the police department on Sunday, October 9 to report someone had stolen his cell phone out of his vehicle while parked at a local convenience store. Huddleston told Chief Ryan White that he had a flat tire and left his vehicle until the next day. The phone was described as a blue Moxee brand android smart phone. more
