Trackhoe Destroyed in Fire

McKenzie Fire Department responded to the rural area of Winston Road about mid-day Monday. Firefighters were called to a burning trackhoe that was clearing trees from a field. Patrolman Randy Kelley charged Steven Hunter Peterson, 20, with driving under the influence #1, violation of implied consent law, underage possession of alcohol, and open container violation.
