The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury: Bridget D. Azbill, Stonebridge Beulevard, Jackson: Schedule II drugs: manufacture deliver, sell, possess, possession unlawful drug paraphernalia, uses and activities, criminal impersonation, failure to appear-misdemeanor.

B. Freeman Green, Ben Smith Road, Henry: stalking-misdemeanor, criminal trespass.

Gary Wayne Norwood, Mill Street, Hollow Rock: meth-manufacture, deliver, sell, possess with intent.

Dale Teague, West Walnut Avenue, McKenzie: failure to appearmisdemeanor, violation of order of protection, aggravated assaultdomestic, domestic assault, criminal simulation.

The following cases were disposed: Russell Aberle, Howley Lane, Cedar Grove: financial responsibility law-dismissed. Driving while license suspended-dismissed- cost to defendant.

Jason Alexander Anderson, Paris Street, Huntingdon: failure to appear-misdemeanor-sentence entered. Unlawful possession of weapon-$50 / $250 fine and cost on guilty plea, to serve 30 days. Simple possession / casual exchange-$ 50 / $250 fine and cost on guilty plea, to serve 30 days. Possession unlawful drug paraphernalia- attempt-dismissed.

Kimberly K. Carpenter, Broad Street, Greenfield: driving while license suspended-dismissed-cost to defendant. Financial responsibility law-dismissed.

Kevin R. Carrion, Main Street, McKenzie: driving while license revoked-$350 / $100 fine and cost on guilty plea, to serve 2 days, 5 months and 28 days unsupervised probation. Simple possession / casual exchange-dismissed. Unlawful drug paraphernalia- attempt-20 hours community service, no contact with Franklin McFadden or Byron Johnson, $250 fine and cost on guilty plea, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.

Aaron R. Luter, Clay Farm Road, Atwood: domestic assault-no contact with victim Kayla Miller, no fine and cost on guilty plea, to serve 90 days, 8 months and 29 days supervised probation.

Jennifer Lee Mayo, Lawrence Switch Road, Jackson: meth-possess or casual exchange-dismissed. Unlawful drug paraphernalia-attempt weapon forfeited, $750 fine and cost on guilty plea, to serve 10 days, 11 months and 19 days supervised probation. Unlawful possession of weapon-dismissed.

Robert L. rush, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon: probation violation- no fine and cost on guilty plea, partial revocation, ordered to serve 30 days.

Benjamin Nolan Smith, Briar Creek Road, Huntingdon: domestic assault-no fine, 11 months and 19 days supervised probation, 10 days to serve, report date October 6, 2017 at 8 p.m., no contact order dismissed.

McKinley Williamson, Boundary Street, Huntingdon: probation violation-partial revocation, no fine and cost on guilty plea, to serve 10 days.

Jennifer L. Wiseman, Germantown Road, Milan: theft (up to $1,000)-no contact with Walmart property, $100 fine and cost on guilty plea, to serve 5 days, 11 months and 24 days supervised probation.
