Father, Son Killed in Cedar Grove House Fire
CEDAR GROVE (September 3) — Carroll County Fire Department Chief Terry Bradshaw said Tennessee Bomb and Arson was called out to assist with the investigation of a house fire located at 1455 Highway 220 in Cedar Grove that claimed the lives of two men.
Around 6:30 a.m., Carroll County fire officials found a home off Highway 220 engulfed in flames. Investigators said a father and son perished in the blaze.
The two men were identified as Donald and Kevin House.
Carroll County Rescue Squad transported the bodies for autopsies.
The cause is still under investigation.
Fire officials said that no smoke alarms were found inside the home.
