Weight Watchers Macaroni Salad
½ cup cooked macaroni ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
1 dill pickle chopped ¼ cup chopped pimento ¼ teaspoon diet mayonnaise
3 ounce diced & cooked chicken Mix all ingredients together. Serves 1
Tropical Fruit Salad
1 large can pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges
3 large bananas Drain fruits. Add water to juice to make 3 cups. Add 2 boxes vanilla tapioca pudding mix. Heat to boiling. Mix 1 envelope plain gelatin,
1/3 cup water. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
2 cups cooked macaroni, drained 1 cup English peas, drained
1 can tuna
1 onion, chopped ½ cup mayonnaise Mix all together. Salt and pepper to taste.
3 cups chopped apples
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup thin celery slices ½ cup chopped walnuts Miracle whip salad dressing Combine apples, marshmallows, celery and walnuts. Add enough salad dressing to moisten. Toss lightly. Chill. Add additional salad dressing and garnish with apple slices before serving, if desired. Makes 6-8 servings.
