COMMUNITY THEATRE SUMMER PRODUCTION
Royal Heights Production presents “Sherlock Holmes: The Baker Street Irregulars,” Thursday, May 31 and Friday, June 1 with a 7 p.m. curtain time and Saturday, June 2 with a 6 p.m. curtain time. The show is presented on the Bouldin Auditorium stage of Bethel University’s Dickey Fine Arts Building. Tickets for the show are $7 for ages 13 and above and $3 for ages 12 and below. They can be purchased in the lobby approximately 30 minutes before the curtain time each night.
The play, adapted by Eric Coble (based on the characters created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle) from the graphic novels by Tony Lee and Dan Boultwood, is about young detective Wiggins and his band of orphan friends known as the Baker Street Irregulars. They set out to help the citizens of London in a time when Sherlock Holmes is unable to do so. Will they prevail? Will justice be served? Come find out! This show is rated PG.

MPD ‘CLICK IT OF TICKET’ MOBILIZATION
As summer kicks off and families hit the road for vacation, the McKenzie Police Department is partnering with the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) to remind motorists to “Click It or Ticket.” From May 21 to June 3, participating agencies across the state will increase seat belt enforcement as part of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) nationwide mobilization.

CCHS LOW-COST CAT SPAY, NEUTER VOUCHERS
The Carroll County Humane Society provides low-cost cat spay/neuter vouchers for $35.00. Come by the shelter 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Saturdays. Call Paris Vet Clinic and set up your appointment. Take your cats in one morning and they come home the same day! That’s all there is to it.
Here’s all the information you need about these vouchers: Your city of residence or income doesn’t matter—anybody can buy these vouchers. You can buy as many as you need. All vouchers must be used at Paris Vet Clinic. Vouchers expire one month from purchase. You can use these for your cat or the neighborhood stray. You can buy the vouchers for others to use for their cats. This is an ongoing program. Cats just need to weigh two pounds, which is usually at around eight weeks of age.
