Domestic Assault — A Cedar Grove woman was arrested May 16.
Deputy Jackie Allen charged Kimberly Neely, 39, of 3120 Terry Road with domestic assault. According to Allen’s report, Neely’s girlfriend told deputies that after grocery shopping she had been assaulted by Neely. She said Neely had first grabbed her by her arm, and then forced a forearm around her neck, dragging her from the house. The victim had bruises on her arms and marks on her face.
Driving on Revoked License — A Trezevant man was arrested May 14.
Deputy Michael Smith charged David Waski, 47, of 350 Bryant St. with driving on a revoked license. According to Smith’s report, Waski was stopped for a registration problem on the vehicle he was driving. A check of his license showed it to be revoked.
Motor Vehicle Theft — A Jackson woman was arrested May 13.
Deputy Scotty Davis charged Jessica Dawn Hutchinson-Schultz, 28, with theft of a motor vehicle. According to Davis’ report, Hutchinson-Schultz had been with Joseph Curtis of McKenzie in his vehicle. When they made a stop and he went inside the residence, she started the vehicle and drove off in it without his permission.
