Carroll County General Sessions
No cases were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court. The following cases were disposed: •Gary C. Beecham, 575 Perry School House Road, Henry: harassment-pre-trial diversion.
•William A. Brouilette, 1304 East Blythe Street, Paris: failure to appear-ordered to serve 10 days. Theft (up to $1,000)-ordered to serve 69 days with 9 months and 20 days supervised probation. Simple possessiontwo counts. Count one-fined $250 and ordered to serve 69 days with 9 months and 20 days supervised probation. Count two- dismissed.
•Giles Martin Carter, 45 Campbell Road, Huntingdon: failure to appear-fined $100.
•Richard Glen Crowell, 232 Sierra Lane, McKenzie: failure to appear-fined $100.
•Gregory Russell Curtis, 8775 Highway 436, McKenzie: charges dismissed for DUI #1, implied consent, drivers to exercise due care and registration expired. Sentence entered for financial responsibility law.
•Samuel F. Dacus, 24 Dawnwood Cove, Jackson: fined $50 for domestic assault.
•Angie Heathcott, 3015 Wahl Street, Milan: aggravated assault-domestic charge dismissed.
•Sandra Lynn Lott, 2889 Renfroe Road, Huntingdon: driving while license revoked-$100 fine. Theft (up to $1,000)-restitution to be paid in full, no fine, time served, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation.
•Amy Allen Malugen, 220 Oak Street, Hollow Rock: theft (up to $1,000)-restitution to be paid in full, no fine, time served, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation. Failure to appear-no fine, to serve 10 days, 11 months and 19 days supervised probation. Possession unlawful drug paraphernalia- dismissed.
•Nicholas Melton, 3575 Old Stage Road, Huntingdon: failure to appear-no fine, to serve 30 days. Probation violationprobation revoked.
•Curtis Lee Miller, Cavia Road, Westport: disorderly conduct-dismissed. Public intoxication-$ 50 fine.
•Chelsie Milstead, 1335 Dungan Street, Humboldt: criminal trespass-$50 fine. Public intoxication-$ 50 fine.
•William Randy Scroggins Jr, 3295 Vale Road, Mansfield: public intoxication-pre-trial diversion until January 3, 2019, no contact with minor female victim. Assault-physical contact- dismissed.
•Steve William Lee Stover, 1025 Butler School Road, Bruceton: DUI #1-11 months and 29 days suspended, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine, 48 hours jail time, not to drive for one year, loss of license for one year. Driving while license suspended-$100 fine. Speedingdismissed.
•John Sulfaro, 1500 Rossanne, Englewood, Florida: meth-possession or casual exchange-$750 fine, to serve 30 days, 10 months and 29 days unsupervised probation. Unlawful drug paraphernalia- attempt-$150 fine.
•Nicholas James White, 50 Glover Street, Atwood: aggravated burglary-dismissed. Violation of order of protection / restraining order-two counts. Count one-dismissed. Count two-no fine, 11 months and 29 days supervised probation, time served.
