Roditis Announces Bid for Property Assessor
Sandi Stafford Roditis announces her candidacy for the office of Carroll County Property Assessor.
Roditis is a 1985 graduate of McKenzie High School, 1989 graduate of UT-Martin with a degree in economics and finance, and the principal broker of Nicky Joe Stafford Real Estate in McKenzie.
She and husband, Spiros, reside in McKenzie and have two children, Ellie, a sophomore at University of Central Arkansas and Stafford, a sixth grade student at McKenzie Middle School.
Sergeant Major Roditis is a full-time member of the Army- National Guard and stationed at headquarters in Jackson. He has served 26 years and deployed three times. His initial military service was in the Army while stationed at Fort Campbell.
Sandi has worked 21 years in real estate, first as an affiliate broker under her father, Nicky Stafford, the principal broker. After college, she worked at Opryland Hotel in hospitality and later a sales representative for a pharmaceutical company.
She is a member of the Tennessee Valley Board of Realtors, a member of First Baptist Church-McKenzie, and McKenzie Rotary Club. She previously volunteered to work with the church’s youth outreach and the church’s outreach to provide food to the less fortunate. She also helps coordinate the annual Rotary Auction in McKenzie.
Sandi said she has worked in customer service her entire career and interested in working with the people of Carroll County to provide excellent service in that office and in field visits throughout the county.
She said she is excited about the possibility of producing the data that so many residents, real estate agents, attorneys, bankers, and appraisers rely on each day.
