Boys Basketball Camps Conclude at Bethel

McKENZIE — Coach Jeff Britt and his staff concluded the Annual Wildcat Individual 7-10 year old boys’ basketball camp Wednesday morning at Bethel’s Crisp Arena.
One on one instruction along with team concepts highlighted the fun during the week. Several Wildcat players served as instructors along with Coach Britt and assistant coaches A.J. Johnson and Jonathan Stanley.
Award Winners included:
Campers of the Day — Michael Frederick, Nathan Huss, Eli Webb, Free Throw Champ — Kendrick Moore, Hot Shot Champ — Jake Barker, 3 on 3 Champions — Griffin Todd, Parker Finley, Asher Matheny, 5 on 5 Champions — Maddow Sodin, Levi Joyner, Camden Papich, Tyler Moore, Kendrick Moore.
Each camper received a camp T-shirt, an instruction book, certificate, and a camp basketball.

Coach Britt commented on the camp. “I think everyone had a great time. This was an active and fun group to have and we feel they learned some things to help them enjoy the game even more. We enjoyed having each one of these players on our campus and look forward to seeing them at our games this next season.”
The Annual Wildcat Individual 11-17 year old boys’ basketball camp wrapped up Wednesday afternoon at Bethel’s Crisp Arena.

Campers of the Day — Aiden Bryant, Hayden Garrett, Free Throw Winner — Thomas Wilkerson (25-30), Hot Shot Winner — Mason Binkley (86 points), 3 on 3 Winners — Zay’vion Phelps, Marquez Taylor, Hayden Capps, 5 on 5 Winners — Cordell Orgain, Tate Crews, Zay’vion Phelps, Michael Frederick, Hayden Garrett.
Each camper received a camp T-shirt, an instruction book, certificate, and a camp basketball.
Coach Britt commented on the camp. “This was a very talented group. They had fun and learned a lot. I was impressed with their focus and desire to learn. It was great having them on our campus and we look forward to them returning in future years. These young men worked hard and we look forward to seeing them at our games this upcoming season.”
