The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 15 and 16.
Bound over to the Carroll County Circuit Court was:
Austin Goodrum, Highway 54, Paris, bound over on the charge of DUI- second offense and driving while suspended.
Placed on pre-trial diversion were:
Christian M. Workman, Booker Street, McKenzie, charged with assault – threat of bodily injury; ordered no contact with Forrest Circle residents.
Krista Loren Corum, Highway 21, Troy, pre-trial diversion on charge of possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, $250 fine and cost. Dismissed, simple possession charge.
Kelsey Jennette, Paris Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on charge of simple possession/casual exchange; dismissed unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Daugherty, McKelvy Road, Camden, dismissed, failure to appear and probation violation.
Jacob Dietrich, Tuckahoe Road, Jackson, dismissed, possession and transportation of beer for underage person.
Johnny L. Donnell, Old Stage Rd., Huntingdon, guilty, probation violation, ordered to serve 90 days in jail; dismissed failure to appear.
Jacob Paul Drinkard, Leach Road, Huntingdon, guilty, failure to appear, 30 days jail; guilty, probation violation, 10 days jail.
