The following cases were bound over to the Carroll County Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.
Bridget Drinkard, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, bound over on charges of theft.
Jaylon Flagg, Hollywood Dr., Jackson, bound over on charges of schedule IV drugs, carrying a weapon on school property, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, unlawful possession of drug possession.
David Hernandez, Cedar Grove, bound over on public intoxication, resist stop, arrest, or search, evading arrest, simple possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, vandalism.
The following cases were dismissed:
James Joseph Cole, dismissed, implied consent, driving without a license, driving unregistered vehicle, lack of financial responsibility.
Melinda Shea Lancaster, Hutson Lane, Paris, dismissed failure to appear.
Robert Donald Lovell, Wards Chapel Road, Gleason, dismissed the charge of violation of probation.
Edwin Damone Simmons, dismissed, violation of probation, failure to appear.
The following cases were adjudicated as guilty:
James Joseph Cole, Highway 114, Buena Vista, guilty DUI, first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, loss of license for one year, 11/29 suspended sentence, 11/29 supervised probation; guilty leaving scene of an accident with property damage.
Brian Eugene Douglas, Chestnut Street, Bruceton, guilty, reckless driving, zero fine plus court costs, time served.

James Arthur Fields, Church Street, Atwood, guilty, criminal trespass, $50 fine, no contact with the victim.
Robert E. Freeman, Jr., Blooming Grove Rd., McKenzie, guilty, violation of probation, 90 days jail.
Jesse Richardson, Maple Street, Bruceton, guilty, violation of probation, 30 days jail.
Michael Eugene Sexton, Elwood Dr., McKenzie, guilty, failure to carry drivers license, $50 fine.
Matthew Oliver Taylor, Shadow Oaks Drive, Memphis, guilty, parking in handicap space, no sentence listed.
Cynthia Tucker, Crossroads Blvd., Lyles, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine, failure to appear, $100 fine.
James Williams, Clarksburg Rd., Huntingdon, guilty, domestic assault, $250 fine, 11/29 supervised probation, 10 hours community service; guilty, interference with emergency call, $100 fine.
Melissa D. Wireman, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, guilty, violation of probation, 30 days jail, supervised probation for seven months.
The following cases were subject to pre-trial diversion:
Cinda Kay Hampton, Westport Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial on domestic assault, ordered to have no violent contact with victim, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling, unsupervised probation of 11/29. Dismissed was the charge for filing a false report.
Alma Kendall, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion of allowing dog to run at large, $100 fine, dog has been rehomed.
Melinda Shea Lancaster, Hutson Lane, Paris, pre-trial diversion, theft charges, pay restitution of $12.55, unsupervised probation.
