The following cases were dismissed.

Barry Don Moore, Highway 220, Lavinia, dismissed, allowing dog to run at-large.
Keon Leopold Barnes, Spruce Street, McKenzie, dismissed, aggravated assault, domestic assault.
The following cases were pre-trial diversion.
Sherry Ann Brown, Highway 104, Cedar Grove, pre-trial diversion on a charge of tampering with evidence, plea bargain, supervised probation.
