Tommy Deion Flakes, Old Jackson Road, Lexington, bound over on charge of driving while suspended, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of a weapon as a convicted felon.

Marty Lynn McKee, Vale-McKenzie Road, Hollow Rock, dismissed, domestic assault, aggravated assault.
