HUNTINGDON (January 3-4) — The following cases were bound over to the Carroll County Grand Jury of the Circuit Court:
Charles E. Taylor, Jr., West Forrest Ave, Jackson, Bound over on multiple charges of misdemeanor failure to appear, one charge of aggravated assault.
Mark Wortham, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon, bound over for failure to appear on citation, evading arrest, reckless driving, driving while license revoked, and violation of light law.
Mark Douglas Wortham, Jr, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon, bound over for aggravated domestic assault and domestic assault.
Randy H. Collins, Jr, Hwy 104, Cedar Grove, bound over for meth-mfg, deliver, sale, poss with intent, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed, and false reports-fac.
Kattie Lynn Simon, Hwy 219, Huntingdon, bound over for aggravated burglary and theft of property $1,000-$2,500.
Dan Tyler Williams, Cherokee Lane, Huntingdon, Bound over for simple possession/casual exchange, possession of unlaw drug paraphernalia, meth-mfg, deliver, sale, possession with intent, and evading arrest.
The following cases were dismissed:
Kenneth Edward Brewer II, Hwy 105, Trezevant, dismissed charge of driving while license suspended.
Randy Allen Luther, Michael Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of DUI: third offense, felony reckless endangerment, felony endangerment-vehicle, vehicular assault-two counts, reckless driving, and driving while license revoked due to DUI conviction.

The following cases were adjudicated as guilty:
Blake Boane, Pillowville Rd, Gleason, guilty, driving while license suspended, $50 fine and cost, 30 days unsupervised probation.
Earl Browning, W. Main St., Atwood, guilty, public intoxication, $50 fine and cost. Roy Lee Ellis, Enterprise St. Bruceton, guilty, misdemeanor failure to appear, 30 days jail.
Jody Allen Ferguson, West St, Gleason, guilty, probation violation, partial revocation, to serve 30 days jail.
Charles T. Lawrence, Jr, Voss Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, driving while license revoked, failure to appear, $75 fine, 11/29 unsupervised probation: dismissed charge of speeding.
Aaron Ray Luter, Clay Farm Rd., Atwood, guilty, probation violation, to serve 90 days.
Sarah E. Pettigrew, Bluff Rd., Big Sandy, guilty, probation violation, probation revoked, to serve 291 days.
Casey Williams, Holmes Mill Rd., Huntingdon, guilty, probation violation, partial revocation, 30 days in jail.
Brandon S. Worley, Newts Way, London, Kentucky, guilty, drivers license to be carried and exhibited, $50 fine and cost.
Quinten T. Eagle, Autumn Lane, Columbia, guilty, vandalism up to $1,000, indecent exposure, restitution to be paid in full, no contact with victims, to serve 10 days, 11/19 supervised probation.
