(AUGUST 22-23, 2018) — The following cases were bound over to the Carroll County Grand Jury:

Tommy Howard Rhea, Jr., Joyner Lane, Lavinia, bound over on charges of failure to appear, failure to appear.

Darryl Martin Chatman, New Zion Rd., McKenzie, bound over on aggravated assault, vandalism.

Amanda Goble, Holmes Mill Rd, Huntingdon, bound over on failure to appear, aggravated burglary, assault-attempt.

Jason Lott, Renfroe Rd., Huntingdon, bound over on aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, felon in possession of a weapon.

Dakota Baggett, 40th Avenue, Nashville, bound over on charge of aggravated assault.

The following cases were approved for pre-trial diversion:

James Derrick Warbritton, Ledsinger Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion leaving the scene of accident, $250 restitution ordered.

Brittany C. West, Hames Street, Trezevant, pre-trial diversion, possession of drug paraphernalia, 20 hours community service.

Deandrea Lynn Twitty, Leach Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion for assault attempt, A&D evaluation, deferred probation. Dismissed, aggravated assault.

The following cases were disposed of as follows:

Jason Alexander Anderson, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of failure to appear.

Josh Cook, Highway 79 Lane, Atwood, dismissed, compulsory school attendance, plea agreement, case will be dismissed if no further problems.

Roy Lee Ellis, Enterprise Street, Bruceton, guilty, driving while revoked, six months unsupervised probation; dismissed, failure to appear.

Roy Lee Ellis, Enterprise Street, Bruceton, guilty, cruelty to animals, plea agreement, cannot own or possess a dog for one year, 11/29 unsupervised probation; guilty, failure to appear, 10 days jail; failure to appear, dismissed.

Shannon Nathaniel Ellis, Rowland Mills Road, Buena Vista, guilty, probation violation, 10 days jail.

Jennifer Lynn Jordan, Presson Road, McKenzie, guilty, failure to appear, 30 days jail.
