Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (June 12) — On Monday, the Carroll County Commission met at the Civic Center with a long agenda that included the approval of the $30 million 2023-24 Fiscal Year Budget. The budget for the general fund is $15,175,589 with an estimated revenue of $15,484,885 producing a positive net of $309,296 to be placed in reserves. According to Commissioner and Budget Chairman Darrell Ridgely, the budget was procured without raising taxes.
