Mc Kenzie, TNMcKENZIE (October 10) — The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the arrest of 28-year-old Alec Akin. Akin was charged with three counts of tax evasion and one count of theft for filing false documents related to transactions on personal vehicles.
