Mc Kenzie, TNThe Friendly Church of God in Christ, 833 W. Walnut St., McKenzie, has its 51st church anniversary and Homecoming services Sunday, June 23. The morning service starts at 11 a.m. with speaker Elder Edward T. Perry, pastor of Jabbok Refuge Center in Savannah. The theme is “Enlarge My Territory, I Chronicles 4:9-10.” The evening speaker is Rev. Thomas A. Taylor, pastor of Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Puryear, at 3:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend this celebration.
