HUNTINGDON (November 7-8) — The following cases was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court:
Kaelin Willis, Ash Street, Bruceton, Bound over on charges of driving while license revoked second offense or more, possession of a schedule I drug with intent to mfg, del, sell, schedule II drugs: cocaine-sol, schedule VI drugs-fac.
The following cases was dismissed:
Deandre L. Cozart, Major Drive, Hollow Rock, dismissed charges of driving while license suspended, drivers license violation, seat belt violation, financial responsibility law violation.
Tamara M. Hollowell, Paw Paw Lane, McKenzie, dismissed charge of driving while license suspended.
Trina Thompson, Favell Drive, Memphis, dismissed charge of driving while license suspended.
Almonzo D. Willis, Short Drive, Wildersville, dismissed charge of driving while license suspended and speeding.
Tricia Lea Tharpe, Hwy. 104, Cedar Grove, dismissed charge of aggravated assault and Domestic Assault.
The following case was adjudicated through pre-trial diversion:
Allyssa L. Boadway, Magness Road, Hardin, Kentucky, schedule VI drugs-fac and poss/casual exchange: dismissed charges of schedule I drugs-mfg, del, sell, poss and schedule II drugs-cocaine-sol.
Caroline W. Borden, Patsy Lane, Cedar Grove, Harassment, $50 fine and cost on deferred probation for 11/29, review set 5/16/19 if fine and cost not paid will be placed on supervised probation.
Anna M Lee, Florida Court, McKenzie, simple poss/casual exchange, $250 fine and cost on deferred probation, pay or appear set 5/16/19: dismissed charge of texting while driving.
The following cases had a finding of guilty:
Mason Storm Baker, Lone Oak Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, domestic assault, complete anger management, 11/29 suspended, 60 days jail, supervised probation 9/29.
Jason W. Creasy, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, guilty, misdemeanor failure to appear, $100 fine and cost.
