HUNTINGDON (January 16-17) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Dakota E. Brett, Ash St. Bruceton, bound over on a charge of statutory rape.
Thomas E. Hannah, Jackson Rd, New Johnsonville, bound over on charges of theft of property $10,000-$60,000, burglary-other than habitation, theft up to $1,000, and criminal trespass.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Brian K. Ashley, Mt. Creek Rd, Camden, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited, $50 fine and costs, 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of seatbelt violation-18 and older and violation of financial responsibility law.
William Albert Bolen, Vale-McKenzie Rd, Hollow Rock, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited, costs and tax, 30 days unsupervised probation.
Horace P. Cash, Parrish Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of misdemeanor reckless endangerment-vehicle, $350 fine and costs, 6 days jail, 11/23 unsupervised probation.
Cassandra R. Doster, Gleason-Como Rd, Gleason, guilty of misdemeanor failure to appear, costs and taxes, 30 days jail.
Antonio W. Ford, Green Allen Springs Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of assault-threat of bodily injury, costs and taxes, 9 days jail, 11/20 supervised probation.
Wade D. Holladay, Ferguson Cemetery Rd, Cedar Grove, guilty of probation violation, costs and taxes, 100 days jail, 11/29-no contact with victim; dismissed: charges of felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.
Roger Prater, Enoch Cemetary Rd, guilty of probation violation, cost and taxes, 30 days jail.
Nan C. Russell, Hwy 22, McKenzie, guilty of reckless driving, $350 fine and costs, 48 hours jail, 5/28 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of misdemeanor violation of implied consent law.
Lisa C. Stanley, Hwy 70, Cedar Grove, guilty of disorderly conduct, $50 fine and costs.
