HUNTINGDON (March 6-7) — The following defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Tanya Faught, Stafford Store Rd., Greenfield, bound over on charge of theft up to $1,000.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Bryston Diggs, Drew Court, Huntingdon, guilty of theft up to $1,000, 11/14 unsupervised probation, 10 days jail, and pay restitution to victim.
Matthew Blake Fourman, Winston Ave, McKenzie, guilty of misdemeanor failure to appear, 12 days jail and pay costs and taxes; dismissed: charges of contempt of court, and failure to appear on citation.
Christopher M. Gillespie, Adams St., McLemoresville, guilty of felony failure to appear and driving while license suspended, $150 fine and costs and 30 days unsupervised probation.
Shawana L. Goyer, North Royal St, Jackson, guilty of failure to appear on citation and drivers license to be carried and exhibited, $150 fine and costs along with 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of speeding, registration certificate must be carried, violation of light law-motor vehicle, and violation of financial responsibility law.
Martin L. Hoots, South Cedar St, Dresden, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited and misdemeanor failure to appear, $150 fine and costs along with 30 days unsupervised probation.
Charles Brent Jackson, McCall St, Huntingdon, guilty of drivers license to be carried and exhibited, $50 fine and costs along with 30 days unsupervised probation.
Zachary L. Jamison, Blue Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear, cost and taxes along with extending probation 6 months.
Rachel Johnsonius, Tennessee St., McKenzie, guilty of worthless checks up to $1,000, cost and taxes, pay $42.07 restitution to Little General, 11/29 supervised probation, and attend check writing school.
Jeffrey W. McCord, Jr., W. Main St., Atwood, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended sentence, 48 hrs jail, 11/27 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine and costs, and loss of license for 1 year; dismissed: charges of misdemeanor violation of implied consent law and driving while license revoked-2nd or subsequent charge.
Senahid Nuhanovic, 5th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, Florida, guilty of simple possession/casual exchange and violation of financial responsibility law, $250 fine; dismissed: charges of speeding and unlawful removal/alteration of registration tag.
Jeffrey Patterson, Eva Flatwoods Rd., Camden, guilty of DUI-First Offense and criminal trespass, 11/29 suspended sentence, 48 hours jail, 11/27 supervised probation, $350 fine and court costs, and 1 yr. loss of license; dismissed: charges of unlawful removal/alteration of license tag, violation of light law-motor vehicle, and failure to appear on citation.
Tisha Pollock, Winston Ave, McKenzie, guilty of assault-bodily injury and vandalism up to $1,000, costs and taxes, pay $450 restitution, and 23 months/28 days supervised probation; dismissed: charge of theft up to $1,000.
Amy Leah Prentiss, W. Main St, Camden, guilty DUI-Third Offense, $1,100 fine and costs, 120 days jail, supervised probation for 7 months/29 days, and not drive in Tenn. for 6 years; dismissed: charges of vehicular assault, driving while license revoked, misdemeanor violation of implied consent law, and violation of financial responsibility law.
Larry Privette Jr., Lyle Rd., Dandridge, Tenn., guilty of driving while license suspended-2nd or subsequent, $50 fine and costs along with 30 days unsupervised probation.
Dustin Scott Weil, Washington St., Camden, guilty of criminal trespass, no contact with victim.
Pricilla D. Willis, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty of disorderly conduct, $50 fine and costs; dismissed: charge of resist stop, arrest, search (no weapon).

Jennifer L. Wiseman, Galloway St., Trezevant, guilty of probation violation, 10 days jail and probation extended 11 months.
Shawn Bradley, Carter Drive, Huntingdon, guilty of domestic assault, 10 days jail, costs and taxes, and 11/19 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of aggravated assault.
Sharon Coleman, Main St., Hollow Rock, guilty of probation violation, 30 days jail, costs and taxes, probation extended 5 months.
William B. Coleman, Main St., Hollow Rock, guilty of probation violation, probation revoked, costs and taxes.
Justin Comer, Butler Speedway, Bruceton, guilty of joyriding-unauthorized use auto/other vehicles, 11/29 supervised probation and costs and taxes.
Tracy Carol Dunlap, College St., Bruceton, guilty of simple possession/casual exchange and possession unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, $900 fine and costs, 90 days jail or successful completion of inpatient rehab, and 20 months/28 days supervised probation; dismissed: charges of tampering with evidence and misdemeanor implied consent violation.
Charles Daniel Dunning, Locust Ave, McKenzie, guilty of assault-bodily injury, costs and taxes, no contact with victim, pay restitution to victim; dismissed: charges of domestic assault and vandalism up to $1,000.
Makayla Marie Haverstick, Broad St., Bruceton, guilty of probation violation, costs and taxes, 10 days jail, probation extended 5 months.
Darrell W. Lambuth, Firetower Rd., Huntingdon, guilty of public intoxication, $50 fine and costs.
Kayla Miller, Rolling Meadow, Milan, guilty of probation violation, fine and costs, 90 days jail, probation extended 5 months; dismissed: charge of misdemeanor failure to appear.
William A. Trennephohl, Ford St., Milan, guilty of assault-physical contact, costs and taxes, no contact with victim, 11/29 unsupervised probation.
Kelly Turnbow, Booker St., McKenzie, guilty of probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear, 95 days jail, costs and taxes.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Betty Johnsonius, Tennessee St, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for worthless checks up to $1000, pay check and service fee in full within 30 days-to be dismissed w/o cost if paid.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:

James L. Fortner, Hicks Rd., Nashville, charges of driving while license suspended and registration expired.
