HUNTINGDON (April 10-11) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Nancy Graves, Linden Street, McKenzie, bound over on charges of Theft of Property-$1,000-$2,500, Burglary-Other Than Habitation, Theft-Up to $1,000, Criminal Trespass, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Paul Jordan, E. Main Street, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of DUI: Second Offense.
Juan Pedro Lara, Linden Street, McKenzie, bound over on charges of Theft of Property-$1,000-$2,500, Burglary-Other Than Habitation, Theft-Up to $1,000, Criminal Trespass, and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Christianity A. White, Phelps Lane, Milan, bound over on charge of Aggravated Assault.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Evan Farrell, Court Square, Erin, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, and Failure to Appear on Citation. 40 days jail, $250 fine and costs, 10/29 supervised probation, pay full restitution to Walmart, no contact with Walmart; dismissed charge of Resisting Arrest.
Sheldon L. Hart, Yuma Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Driving While License Revoked and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, 15 days jail, costs and taxes, and 5/15 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Speeding.
Andy L. Meade, Lakewood Lake Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail, 11/29 probation extended, and cost and taxes.
Jessica N. Palmer, N. Poplar St, Dyer, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, $50 fine and costs, 5 days jail, 11/24 supervised probation, and no contact with victim.
Betty Jo Baker, Hwy 190, McKenzie, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine and costs and 30 days unsupervised probation.
Jamie Lynn Carter, Bright Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, $100 fine and costs; dismissed: charge of evading arrest.
Christy Fullington, Baker Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, $100 fine and costs.
Gregory Wayne King, Hillcrest Dr, New Johnsonville, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine and costs.
Andrew Knight, Mill Road, Trezevant, guilty of Vandalism-Up To $1,000, costs and taxes, pay full restitution of $600, No contact with victim; dismissed: charge of Harassment.
Robert T. Morton, N. Wyatt St, Bruceton, guilty of DUI: First Offense, 90 days jail, $600 fine and costs, 8/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Public Intoxication.
Earnest G. Moudy, Jr, Cheatham St, Bruceton, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 supervised probation and $150 fine and costs.

Kimberly R. Paris, Eva Road, Camden, guilty of Drivers License To Be Carried and Exhibited, $50 fine and costs; dismissed: charges of Registration Certificate Must Be Carried, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Failure To Appear On Citation.
Kevin Rogers, Hwy 114 North, Bruceton, guilty of Domestic Assault, 20 days jail, cost and taxes, 10/29 unsupervised probation.
De’ontay Tate, Money Place, Knoxville, guilty of Drivers License To Be Carried and Exhibited and Misdomeanor Failure To Appear, $100 fine and costs and 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Financial Responsibility Law Violation.
Jorden T. Tharpe, Mineral Wells Ave, Paris, guilty of Drivers License To Be Carried and Exhibited and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, 2 days jail, $50 fine and costs, and 30 days unsupervised probation.
Brian Wainscott, Yeargin Road, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail and costs and taxes.
Tierra R. Whitsell, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine.
Bedford F. Wortham, Wortham Loop, guilty of Driving While License Revoked: dismissed: charges of Possession of Schedule II Drugs with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, and Sell along with Probation Violation.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Teri Alexander, Barksdale Ave, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Allowing Dogs To Run At Large-Bodily Injury, defendant will not own, shelter, or house any dogs for a period of 1 year, restitution to be paid within 90 days.
Mary Jo Farthing Roundhouse Rd, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion for Domestic Assault, pre-trial diversion until 10/9/2019, no contact order is dismissed.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:
Jesse W. Baker, Old Lavinia Rd, Cedar Grove, dismissed charges of four counts of Possession Weapon-Convicted Felon.
Jenus E. Hussey, Hutchens Rd, Martin, dismissed charge of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear.
Brandon J. Melton, Old McKenzie Hwy, Paris, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
Rebecca A. Schuchardt, Spring Hill Rd, Paris, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
David M. Walski, Bryant St, Trezevant, dismissed charge of Driving While License Revoked.
April Woods, Cedar St, Bruceton, dismissed charge of Driving While License Revoked.
Letritia A. Wortham, Wortham Loop, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Schedule II Drug with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell.
