HUNTINGDON (May 29-30) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Cody G. Mack, Laneview Concord Rd, Trenton, bound over on charges of Aggravated Assault and Domestic Assault.
Thomas M. Scrivner, Gurley Road, Beech Bluff, bound over on charges of Possession of Meth with Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, Sell-SOL, Possession of Schedule VI Drugs with intent to manufacture, deliver, or sale, Possession of Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine-.5 Grams or Greater, Possession of Firearm With Intent To Go Armed-Dangerous Felony, and Driving While License Suspended; dismissed: charge of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Samuel Tyler Belfiore, Thomas Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine and costs, 11/29 supervised probation, and alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations.
Frederick Crawley, Peggy Lane, Atwood, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine and costs.
Charles Brent Jackson, McCall Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Vandalism Up To $1,000, costs and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation, concurrent with circuit court sentence.
Donald J. Langston, High Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine.
Tiffany McCord, Caldwell Street, McKenzie, guilty of Compulsory School Attendance-Penalty, $50 fine and costs, 30 days unsupervised probation.
Jessica Renee Rhoades, Hwy 79, Atwood, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, $100 fine and costs; dismissed: charge of Driving While License Suspended.
Charles J. Baker, Griggs Chapel Rd, Cedar Grove, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, Full Restitution to be paid, pay or appear date set for restitution and cost will be 5/29/20.
Lee A Birl, Hollywood Drive, Jackson, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, 10 days jail, $100 fine and cost, and 11/19 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear and Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense.
Doris Burlison, Buena Vista Rd, Huntingdon, Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, 30 days jail and $750 fine and costs.
Anthony W. Floyd, Rison Street, Paris, Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, no contact with victim, 11/19 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear.
James M. Grouette, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty of Vandalism Up To $1,000, Restitution paid in full, fine and costs, and 11/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Domestic Assault and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.
