HUNTINGDON (June 12-13) — The following defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
Christy Fullington, no address listed, Buchanan, bound over on charges of Aggravated Assault Upon Officer or Any First Responder, Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle, Felony Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle, Casual Exchange-Schedule IV-Adult/Minor, and Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Brandon Beecham, Hwy 69A, Camden, guilty of Criminal Trespass and Resist Stop, Arrest, Search-No Weapon, 15 days jail credit for time served in Benton County Jail along with cost and taxes; dismissed: charge of disorderly conduct.
Zachary English, Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty of False Imprisonment, Assault-Physical Contact, and Probation Violation, 79 days jail, complete anger management, $25 fine and costs, and 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Protective Order Violation.
Saul Rios Hernandez, Eastern Valley Rd, Bessemer, Ala, guilty of Public Intoxication, no sentence listed.
Jose Ortiz Jiminez, Eastern Valley Rd, Bessemer, Ala, guilty of Public Intoxication, $10 fine and cost.
Kathy F. Hutch, Williams St, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 11/29 suspended sentence, 48 hours jail, 11/29 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine plus court costs, and loss of license for one year; Dismissed: charge of Driving While License Revoked and Misdomeanor Implied Consent Violation.
Marquetta Milton, Field Street, McKenzie, guilty of Worthless Checks-Up To $1,000, 11/29 supervised probation and restitution to Little General.
Adrian T. Moore, McDonald St, McKenzie, guilty of Domestic Assault and Assault-Threat Of Bodily Injury, 30 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation, cost and taxes, complete anger management, and no contact remains in effect; dismissed: charges of Aggravated Assault and Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.
Dakota L. Pardue, Green Oaks Drive, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, and Probation Violation, 10 days jail, $100 fine and costs, 11/24 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear.
Michael Ray Perdue, Buena Vista Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, 2 days jail, 11/27 unsupervised probation, cost and taxes; dismissed: charge of Vandalism Up To $1,000.
Emmanuel Rivas, McMemore Ext, Bells, guilty of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense, 3 days jail, 11/26 supervised probation, and $25 fine and costs.
James A. Taylor, Hwy 70, Camden, guilty of Criminal Impersonation and Resist Stop, Arrest, Search-No Weapon, $150 fine and costs.
Brandon T. Tyler, Hwy 79, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine.
Dennis R. Winfrey, Stonewall St, Memphis, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, Driving While License Revoked-2nd or Subsequent Offense, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation, 5 days jail, 11/24 unsupervised probation, cost and taxes; dismissed: charges of Registration Certificate Must Be Carried and Driving On The Right.
Gina L. Alas, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty of Forgery-Conspiracy and Probation Violation, 90 days jail, $100 fine and cost, restitution to be paid in full, and 11/27 supervised probation.

Robert E. Bartlett, Jr, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty of Assault-Threat of Bodily Injury, 10 days jail, cost and taxes along with no contact with victim; dismissed: charge of Public Intoxication.
Jessica M. Cozart, Martin Road, Gleason, guilty of Unlawful Possession Of Weapon and Criminal Impersonation, 14 days jail, 11/15 supervised probation, cost and taxes, and forfeit weapon; dismissed: charges of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor/Schedule IV and Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense.
Christopher Edmonson, Sydnor Rd, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine and costs along with 11/29 unsupervised probation.
Robert G. High, Jr, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty of Misdemeanor Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle, 10 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation, cost and taxes; dismissed: charge of Public Intoxication.
Charles King, Booker St, McKenzie, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine and costs, 11/29 unsupervised probation.
Summer Wind Grace Sullivan, Old Paris-Murray Rd, Puryear, guilty of Driving While License Suspended and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, $75 fine and cost along with 6 months unsupervised probation.
Dustin E. Whitson, Poplar Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Failure To Appear On Citation and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, $100 fine and costs; Pre-trial diversion: for Domestic Assault, complete anger management and provide proof, no violent contact with victim, and probation term of 11/29.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Jannie D. Leone, Kay Ave, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Criminal Trespass, cost and taxes along with indefinite no contact with Merchants Outlet Mall Of McKenzie.
Gregory Mayfield, Green Oaks Dr. pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, costs, and taxes.
Daniel C. Myers, Hwy 79 Lane, Atwood, pre-trial diversion for Criminal Simulation, Diversion until 12/12/19 and no contact with victim; dismissed: charge of Failure To Appear On Citation.
Cody E. Noah, Bluebird Lane, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion for Theft Up To $1,000, Restitution paid in full, no contact with Walmart, and PTD until 6/11/20.
Jamie Phillips, Hamilton Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Threat Of Bodily Injury, Cost and taxes, 11/29 unsupervised probation, continue counseling at Beating Hearts.
Machelle Sullivan, Spring St, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion for Theft Up To $1,000, Restitution of $25 to be paid by 6/20/19 at 4 p.m. with clerk.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:

Noah D. Maxwell, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Speeding.
Nathaniel L. Noah, Old State Route 22, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
