HUNTINGDON (June 19-20) — The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
William Cummings, Linden St, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Domestic Assault.
Ashley Garrett, Westport Rd, Huntingdon, bound over on charges of Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment and Reckless Endangerment/No Weapon Involved.
Jordan Haynes, W. Walnut Ave, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Felony Failure To Appear.
Adrian Nesbitt, Park Circle, McKenzie, bound over on charges of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange-2 Counts, Misdemeanor Failure To Appear-2 counts, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs With Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, and Evading Arrest.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas and received sentences, fines, and/or court orders:
Crystal Bratton, White St, McKenzie, guilty of Evading Arrest, 30 days jail, credit for 50 days, 10/29 unsupervised probation, along with court cost and taxes; dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended, Misdemeanor Failure To Appear-2 counts.
Colton L. Buckner, Lisa Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Domestic Assault and Theft Up To $1,000, 11/29 jail or rehab, costs and taxes, no contact with victim; dismissed charges of Failure To Appear on Citation, Violation of Protection Order, Joyriding, and Aggravated Criminal Trespass.
Trina N. Bailey, Hwy 22 N, Lexington, guilty of 2 counts Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, costs and taxes.
Joseph D. Bell, Hwy 79, Atwood, guilty of Display/Possession, Cancel/Revoked/Suspended or Altered DL and Misdemeanor Failure To Appear, 48 hours jail, $150 fine and costs, and 30 days unsupervised probation.
Charles D. Dunning, White St, McKenzie, guilty of Evading Arrest, Fine and costs; dismissed: charge of Resist Stop, Arrest, Search.
Pamela Gunnells, Walnut Grove Rd, Milan, guilty of Display/Possession Cancel/Revoked/Suspended or Altered DL and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, $50 fine and costs.
Christopher B. Hampton, South Fork Creek Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear and Display/Possession Cancelled/Revoked/Suspended or Altered DL, 10 days jail, cost and taxes, 30 days unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Driving While License Revoked.
Gabriel A. Hillsman, Huckleberry Hill Rd, Atwood, guilty of Display/Possession Cancelled/Revoked/Suspended or Altered DL, 10 days jail, 20 days unsupervised probation, cost and taxes.
Christavon Horton, Walnut Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, partial revocation, 90 days jail, credit for time served.

Joseph M. Jackson, Woodlawn Ave, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 48 hours jail, 11/29 suspended sentence, 11/29 supervised probation with SSI, $350 fine plus court costs, loss of license for 1 year; dismissed: charges of Driving Without A License, Misdemeanor Violation of Implied Consent, and Light Law Violation.
Raymond E. Lockett, Booker St, McKenzie, guilty of Display/Possession Cancelled/Revoked/Suspended or Altered DL, 10 days jail, 20 days unsupervised probation, costs and taxes.
Sean P. Lynch, W. Main St, Trezevant, guilty of Contempt Of Court and Probation Violation, Probation Revoked, $50 fine and costs, no contact with victim
Chase A. Norden, East College St, Jackson, guilty of Domestic Assault, $100 fine and costs, full restitution to victim, 11/29 supervised probation, and anger management.
Paula Story, State Route 114, Hollow Rock, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation, no contact with Walmart Huntingdon; dismissed: charges of Driving While License Suspended-2nd or Subsequent Offense and Burglary other than Habitation.
Fanquinton Strickland, Parkway Place, Clarksville, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Speeding, $400 fine and costs, 11/29 supervised probation, prepay for 3 drug screens, and attend driving school for speeding charge; dismissed: charge of simple possession/casual exchange.
Breanna D. Wadley, Green Oaks Drive, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, restitution to be paid in full, no contact with Walmart-Huntingdon, $50 fine and costs, 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Failure To Appear On Citation.
The following defendants were granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:
Alana Thomas, Parktop Lane, Knoxville, Pre-trial diversion for Possession for Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 unsupervised probation along with pay cost and taxes.
Tiffany Clark-Williams, Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, Pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $400 fine, cost and taxes to state if fine paid.
Deaaron Diggs, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, Pre-trial diversion for Possession of Schedule VI Drugs With Intent to Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell, $250 fine and costs, 11/29 supervised probation, driving school for count 3, and prepay for 3 random drug screens; dismissed: charge of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Mariza A. Montero, Palestine Road, Paris, Pre-trial diversion for Reckless Driving, 20 hours community service, cost and taxes, and 6 months supervised probation.
Paul Wallace, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, Pre-trial diversion for Theft Up To $1,000, costs and taxes, restitution to Walmart, and no contact with Walmart-Huntingdon.
All charges were dismissed against the following people:
Tommy Howard Rhea, Joyner Lane, Lavinia, dismissed charge of probation violation.
