Mc Kenzie, TNMcKENZIE, Tenn. - Funeral services for John “Bubba” Wilson are Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Brummitt- McKenzie Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 13, 2018 10:00 a.m. until service time. Brother Craig Odem is the officiant. Interment is at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, McKenzie.
Mr. Wilson, a mechanic and employee for Auto Zone and O’Rileys, died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at his residence. He was a member of Spring Hill Baptist Church, Paris, Tenn. He was born in McKenzie, January 16, 1959 to Jimmy and Doris Powell Wilson. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, LaDonnafer Chesser Wilson of McKenzie, two sons, James (Rebecca) Wilson of Knoxville and Jonathan Wilson of Las Angeles, California, a sister, Donna Warren of Atwood, two brothers, Myke ( Patty ) Wilson and Rick ( Charlotte ) Wilson of McKenzie and a granddaughter, Adelia Grace Wilson.
