TREZEVANT — Funeral service for Lee Elvis Williams were Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church in Trezevant. Cremation followed.
Mr. Williams, age 85, died May 20, 2019 at McKenzie Health Care Center. He was born July 21, 1933 in the Wingo community located between Trezevant and McKenzie to Gentry and Gladys Howard Williams.
He was a former member of Wingo Missionary Baptist Church and a retired Steel Worker for Racine Steel Casting, Racine, WI. Preceding him in death are his parents, his wife, Mary Lou Williams, his children, Sherry Williams, Elvis Williams and Wayne Williams and three brothers, Robert Williams, James Williams and Gentry Williams. 
He is survived by four daughters, Karen Vines, Carla Lewis both of Ohio, Ellarine Bates of Bolivar, Tenn., Marjorie Andrews of Wisconsin; seven sons, Larry Williams of Trezevant, Mike Williams, Ricky Williams both of Ohio, Gary Williams of Michigan, Michael Williams, Sam Williams and Bobby Ward, all from Wisconsin, four sisters, Rachel Williams of Trezevant, Flora Strayhorn of Georgia, Georgia Rowell of Dayton, Ohio and Wilma Nwanze of Nigera  and two brothers, Joe Williams of Trezevant and Curlie Williams Milan, his companion of several years, Stella Hughes of Trezevant and several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren
