10 YEARS AGO — Carroll Countians, along with local and state officials celebrated the groundbreaking for the 1,000-acre recreational lake in the Leach community.
*It was announced that the Mars Petcare facility in McKenzie would close in the following months, leaving approximately 60 employees without a job.
