Nikki Ray Sanders

ATHENS, Tenn. - Funeral services for Nikki Ray Sanders are Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, 11 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery, McKenzie.

Mr Sanders, 75, died Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Star Rehab and Healthcare Etowah, Tenn. He attended Tennessee Valley Church, Paris, Tenn. and was a draftsman and CAD operator.

He was born in Union City on February 19, 1948 to George Cooke Sanders and Katherin “Katie” Elizabeth Mangum Sanders.

He is survived by his sister, Frankie (Jerry) Pratt of Jackson, a brother, Roy “Tip” Sanders of Riceville and nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Deborah ”Debbie” Thompson Sanders and brother, William George “Billy” Sanders.
