Peaches in the Snow

1 angel food cake
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 small package of peach Jell-O
1 large package Cool Whip

12 peaches or 3 cups chopped peaches
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Peel peaches and cut into small pieces; add sugar and vinegar and cook until thickened. Let cool. Cut cake into three layers. Mix pudding and Jell-O. Place one layer of cake on plate; cover with pudding, then peaches, the Cool Whip. Add other layers and top with Cool whip. Garnish with peach roses. Make roses by using peelings. Dip into vinegar and curl. Anchor with toothpicks.
