Driving On Suspended License — On Saturday, September 11, Officer Andy Weaver observed a gray Jeep Cherokee disregard the stop sign at the intersection of Como Street and Bethel Court. Weaver initiated a traffic stop and found the driver to be James Joseph Bell , 38, Georgia Ave, McKenzie. A license check revealed he was driving on a revoked license due to an earlier DUI conviction. Bell was arrested for driving on a suspended license and cited into court.. more

Driving On Suspended License — A two-vehicle accident shortly before noon, Saturday, September 4, resulted in separate charges for each of the drivers. The first driver, Antonio Villanueva Calderon, 58, Mimosa Street, McKenzie was found to be driving on a revoked license due to a previous DUI conviction. Calderon was taken into custody for first offense driving while license is revoked. The other driver, Nikia Hart, was cited into McKenzie City Court for not having proof of insurance. more

License, Speeding Violations — Quentin Dangelo Bowden, 29, of McKenzie was cited for driving on a suspended license (first offense) and speeding during a Sept. 5 traffic stop on Buena Vista Road. more
Violation of Probation — Christopher Dakota Terry, 22, Blooming Grove Road, McKenzie was arrested outside rooms 104-107 at Relax Inn as he stood with a gathering of people on August 12 at 1:03 a.m. more
Theft — Jamie Lee Garrison, 42, of 7510 Highway 104 West, Cedar Grove, was recently charged with theft from a motor vehicle. more
