Public Intoxication — Mikel Thomas Dillingham, 54, of Hollow Rock, was arrested on 10/19/23 for public intoxication. Deputy Meier responded to a call at a home in Hollow Rock for an unwanted male subject. When on scene, Mikel was discovered in the bathroom with the door off the hinges and yelling and talking to an imaginary person. He was under the influence of narcotics and made several comments about killing himself. The owner of the home did not want him charged, just wanted him to leave but the deputy took him for suicide watch and public intoxication. more

Reckless Driving, Evading Arrest — Eric Williams, Jr., 29, Memphis was charged with Reckless Driving and Evading Arrest on October 29. more

Vandalism — On October 22, Officer Darren Davis received a call about a school bus having three broken windows. Davis was informed the bus was parked Friday afternoon and the windows were intact. The following day, the driver noticed the windows were broken. A rock, believed to have been used, was found at the scene. Neighbors are supposed to check security cameras to see if anything was captured in the footage. Carroll County Schools will be contacted about the incident. more
Domestic Assault — Juan Antonio Cruz, 49, of Trezvant, was arrested for domestic assault, interference with emergency calls, and vandalism on October 14. Deputy Hardin responded to a call regarding a female texting her friend stating she was being beaten by her boyfriend. Upon arrival, he could hear screaming and yelling inside the residence. Once inside the home, the victim stated she was trying to get the defendant to leave. The victim stated Cruz slapped her on both sides of her face and broke her iPhone so she couldn’t call 911. The defendant was asked to quit yelling multiple times without compliance and then got arrested. more
Domestic Assault — Richard B. Hinson, 45, of Huntingdon, was arrested on October 10 for domestic assault. The victim, Desiree Kail, said that Hinson threw her off the bed onto the floor and pinned her to the ground after a heated argument. A witness also said that Hinson physically assaulted Kail. After all the information needed was gathered, Officer Roberts escorted the defendant to Carroll County Jail on charges of domestic assault. more

Carrying a Weapon on Campus — Monterrio J. Johnson, 21, Memphis, was charged with Carrying a Firearm on School Property after a handgun was discovered in his vehicle on October 11 on the Bethel University campus. more
Nicholas J. Bowman, 20, of Cedar Grove, was arrested on September 26 for vandalism and evading arrest. Officer Hedge went to a residence on Cox Street due to a complaint of the subject tearing a house apart. more

Ricky L. Sanders, 60, of Huntingdon and Alan Gordon Eccleston, 52. Of Huntingdon, were arrested for possession of schedule II meth and drug paraphernalia on October 9. more
