Domestic Assault, Destruction/Damage/Vandalism of Property — Jesse Leo Thomas, 24, of Huntingdon, was arrested on November 25 for Domestic Assault and Vandalism. The victim of Thomas stated that Thomas picked up her phone and threw it at the oven which shattered the glass of the oven and the phone. He broke the dresser mirror, a rainbow vacuum, the return vent of the HVAC unit, and a television. He kicked and punched holes in the doors and walls and threw items off counters. He also through garbage all over the floor. more

Criminal Trespass — McKenzie Police Sgt. Trey Boucher located Maurice Lawrence, 29, of McKenzie at a local convenience store early Monday morning, July 25 with knowledge that he had been banned from the store. Lawrence was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing and transported to Carroll County Jail. more
Multiple Charges — Charles M. Coffman, 39, of Jackson was charged with possession of marijuana, intent to sell and deliver, and violation of proof of insurance. more
Driving on Revoked — Mitchell Gene Clark, 34, of McKenzie was issued a citation for Driving on Revoked for DUI #1. more
Drug Possession — Ramona Kay Hendon, 52, of 529 Ledsinger Road, Huntingdon, was charged with possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia during a June 16 traffic stop in Cedar Grove. more
Theft, Drug Paraphernalia — Jamie Patrick O’Mahoney, 22, of Huntingdon was charged with two counts of theft of property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on June 25 in Huntingdon. more
Multiple Charges — McKenzie Officer Trenton Ruddy initiated a traffic stop on Cedar Avenue shortly after 3 a.m. on Sunday, October 2. According to Ruddy’s report, he had previously run the same vehicle’s tag earlier observing the window tint allegedly to be darker than legal limit. Ruddy also had dispatch check on the registered owner’s driver’s license status. It was learned that the registered owner was Demereo Harwell of Somerville, Tenn. and his license was revoked for a DUI conviction. more
