Amanda Paschall, Carroll County 4-H Agent, received the George S. Foster outstanding 4-H agent award and the Specialty Award State Winner for Excellence in Peer Professional Development at the 2021 Tennessee Association of Extension 4-H Workers annual conference this year in Murfreesboro. The George S. Foster Award is a recognition that 4-H workers receive for outstanding work as related to the overall 4-H program, including project work, judging team participation, junior and teen leadership programs, adult leadership programs, sponsorship and recognition, senior 4-H program, community service programs, innovative 4-H programs, and association participation.
