Mc Kenzie, TNGALLATIN — Evangelist Alvin Vernon Ownby died October 19, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Alvin was born in Indiana on December 2, 1950 to Alvin Pace Ownby and Betty June Bogle Ownby. Evangelist Ownby resided in Gallatin, Tennessee.
Ownby was married to wife, Pamela. They were married 47years and had two children, Amy and Timothy.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Pamela Ownby; daughter Amy Eddy (Shawn Phillips); a son Timothy Ownby (Samantha); two grandchildren
Alvin was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Pace Ownby and Betty June Bogle Ownby, and a sister, Kathleen June Porter.
Church & Chapel Funeral Service of Portland, Tenn. had charge of arrangements.
