BRUCETON — Mrs. Annie Lorene Cook, 88, of Bruceton, Tennessee died Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hebron Cemetery.
Mrs. Cook was born December 14, 1931 in Gibson, Tennessee, to the late James Hubert Blazer and Stella Mae (Haley) Blazer. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Everett Lee Cook, one son, Steve Cook, four sisters, Katherine McCollum, Dorothy Cox, Frances Vinson, Ruth Jenkins, two brothers, Leon Blazer and Eugene Blazer.
She is survived by one daughter, Cathy Butler (husband James) of Bruceton, one son, Perry Cook (wife Alberta) of Camden, one daughter-in-law, Debbie Cook of Hollow Rock and one sister, Joan Cook (husband Ray) of Atwood. She also leaves six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great-great-grandson, Talon Williams.
