Annual Cancer Bake Auction is This Week

The annual Cancer Bake Auction began April 15 and continues each weekday afternoon through April 19 at McKenzie church of Christ, 16300 Highland Drive, McKenzie. It can be heard on radio stations 1440 AM and 98.9 FM. Phone numbers are 731-418-2785, 731-418-2786 and 731-418-2788. Participants can drop off items at 7:30 a.m., auction begins at 1 p.m.
The following are the participants on each of the days Tuesday to Good Friday.
Tuesday, April 16 — McKenzie Beta Club members will answer the phones and serve as runners at the event. They will earn community service hours for their volunteer service. Parents are encouraged to buy goodies on that day. Put your name, child’s name, what the item is, what sport they play or band or favorite hobby.

Wednesday, April 17 — First Baptist Church (McKenzie), First Baptist Church Child Development Center, Mallard’s, Block City Pizza, Rich Family, Sonic, El Vallarta, McKenzie High School, Spivey Eye Clinic, Beating Hearts Help Center, Save-A-Lot, Bobby Gee’s Diner, Tennessee National Guard, Nicky Joe Stafford Real Estate, Tim McBride, E.W.
