Carroll County Election Commission to Meet

The Carroll County Election Commission meets Tuesday, September 22 at 6 p.m. in the Election Commission Office at 625 High Street, Suite 113, Huntingdon. The purpose of the meeting is to: approve offices and candidates for the November 3, 2020 elections; appoint polling officials; lock and seal ballot boxes, schedule pre-election inspection and programming of voting machines; and hold a public forum. If you have an interest in addressing the Election Commission, you may do so during the alloted public forum. Please contact the office at 731-986-1968 with your request to be put on the agenda. Depending on the number of speakers, each will have five to ten minutes to present a concern.
