The following cases were heard October 17 and 18 in Carroll County General Sessions Court.
Bound over the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court was:
Lakeisha Abbott, Lexington Street, Huntingdon. She is charged with meth-manufacture, deliver, or possession with intent to sell, Schedule I drugs possession, deliver, or intent to sell, prohibited weapon-attempt, possession of a firearm with intent to go armed.
Tommy Deion Flakes, Old Jackson Road, Lexington, bound over on charge of driving while suspended, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of a weapon as a convicted felon.

The following cases were dismissed:
Danika Edmonson, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, dismissed charge of assault-attempt, driving while revoked.
