HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on March 31 and April 1.
Cases that were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court are as follows.
Roger Vincent Alexander, Hwy. 104, Cedar Grove, bound over on charges of meth- manufacture, deliver, sale, or possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jerry Hilliard, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of aggravated burglary, found guilty of probation violation.
Quincy Johnson, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over on charges of evading arrest, speeding, violation of financial responsibility.
The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.
Rebecca Lynn Anderson, Oak Manor Road, McKenzie, guilty, simple possession, plea bargain, $250 fine.
Clayton Coffman, Church Street, Atwood, guilty, evading arrest, plea bargain, three months of jail, 8 months/29 days supervised probation; dismissed, driving while suspended second or subsequent offense.
Jacob Steven Cronkhite-Snyder, Mann Road,, Hollow Rock, guilty, domestic assault, 90 days in jail, supervised probation for eight months, 29 days, complete anger management or get mental health evaluation.
Joshua Allen Dailey, Crooked Street, Trezevant, guilty- possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia; dismissed, meth-possession or casual exchange; dismissed, driving while revoked; $150 fine, 60 days in jail.
Michael Gilbert, West Magnolia, McKenzie, probation violation, 30 days in jail, 20 months, 28 days supervised probation, no contact with victim; guilty, meth-possession or casual exchange, $750 fine, 90 days in jail, 20 months, 28 days supervised probation.; guilty, unlawful drug paraphernalia, $150 fine, 90 days in jail; dismissed, burglary.
Christopher Ryan Gordan, Green Allen Springs Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, aggravated assault, guilty of domestic assault 90 days in jail, supervised probation for 9/29, no contact with victim.
Dora Lee Ewald, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, meth-possession or casual exchange, $750 fine, 30 days in jail, supervised probation 10/29; dismissed, leaving scene of accident.
Miguel Galindo-Marquez, Blackburn Road, McKenzie, guilty, reckless driving by intoxicant, 10 days in jail; dismissed, driving without license.

Jamarian Keontaye Sission, Hillcrest Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, domestic assault, $100 fine, supervised probation for 11/29.
Jarrid Wayne Sterling, Adell Street, Hollow Rock, guilty-lesser charge of driver’s license to be carried, 30 days in jail.
Dustin Scott Weil, Forrest Avenue, Camden, guilty, criminal trespass, no contact with victim.
The following cases were adjudicated by pre-trial diversion.
Jaclyn Leigh Cozart, Independence Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion on charge of assault, no contact with victim, unsupervised probation for 11/29.
Kristy Gordon, Green Allen Springs Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, meth-possession or casual exchange, 90 days supervised probation, intensive outpatient treatment; dismissed, driving while suspended.
Trisha Marie Moran, Terry Road, Cedar Grove, pre-trial diversion, assault-physical, complete anger management, no violent contact.
Angle Vaughn, Teakwood Drive, Lexington, pre-trial diversion, shoplifting, full restitution to two stores, no contact with stores.
Joshua Wren, Highway 70, McEwen, assault, no violent contact with victim, complete anger management.
