The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, November 18 and Thursday, November 19.
One case was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Anna Marie Pearson, 2720 Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, was bound over on identity theft, theft of property.

Andrew Arnold, Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty of driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, 10 days jail, 10 days in jail, supervised probation for 11 months, 19 days; dismissed charges of registration expired, lack of financial responsibility.
Brittany Baker, 85 Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty, possession or casual exchange of methamphetamine, $750 fine, supervised probation for 9 months, 29 days, two months in jail or drug and alcohol rehab.; dismissed, charges of resisting stop, failure to wear seatbelt, simple possession.
Dwight Bryant, Stephanie Lane, Springville, guilty, probation violation, full revocation of probation.
Michael D. Chandler, 3355 Highway 105, Trezevant, guilt, assault-physical, no contact with victims, unsupervised probation for 11/29.
Gebrod Evans, Front Street, Sharon, guilty, methamphetamine- manufacture, deliver, sale, or possession with intent, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, $750 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation for 20 months, 28 days, may serve three months in inpatient drug and alcohol for day-for-day jail credit; dismissed, driving while revoked.
Dillon Edward Ray Gregory, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, probation violation, full revocation.
Destiny Jones, New Zion Road, McKenzie, guilty, probation violation, 30 days jail, probation extended four months; dismissed, failure to appear.
Dale Lee Pinson, Purdy Road, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours in jail, not to drive for one year, 11/27 unsupervised probation.
Christopher Stanford, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, failure to appear, 45 days in jail, 10 months, 14 days supervised probation; dismissed, failure to appear, resist stop or arrest.
Steve William Lee Stover, Carroll Street, Bruceton, guilty, probation violation, 16 days jail.
Karen Winberry, Griggs Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine,, 10 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 11/19; dismissed, theft, criminal trespass.
