HUNTINGDON (December 11-12) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

William Hickerson, Shubert Road, Hohenwald, bound over on charges of Schedule II Drugs: Manufacturing, Delivery, Sell, Possession, Prohibited Weapons, Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, and Registration Expired.

Kenneth Edward Brewer II, Elaine Street, Atwood, bound over on charges of Failure to Appear, Schedule II Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, POSS, Possession of Meth with intent to Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Suspended, Seat Belt Violation, Registration Certificate Must Be Carried, Financial Responsibility Law, Driving Unregistered Vehicle on Highway and Bumper Law.

Stephen Ray Reid Jr, Oak Cove, Big Sandy, bound over on charge of Theft of Property $2,500-$10,000.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Shawn Bradley, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail, cost and tax, and probation extended 11/29; dismissed: charges of Public Intoxication and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.

Dora Lee Ewald, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 60 days jail, cost and tax, restitution to victim, no contact with victim, and 9/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Samuel Gregory, Hillcourt Circle, guilty of Criminal Trespass, Cost and Tax.

Andre Hunt, High Street, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI: First Offense, 11/29 suspended, 11/29 unsupervised probation, $350 fine plus court costs, 48 hours jail, loss of license for 1 year; dismissed: charge of Speeding.

Stanley Joyner, South Broad Street, Trezevant, guilty of Schedule VI Drugs-Attempt and Domestic Assault.

$250 fine, cost and tax, 6 months jail – may receive day for day credit for successful completion of in-patient rehab, and 5/29 unsupervised probation.

Brittany Layhew, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty of Failure to Appear, 30 days jail consecutive to the 90 day sentence, cost and tax.

Kevin D. McMackin, Arlie Neely, Hollow Rock, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation or until paid; dismissed: charge of Violation of Protective Order-Conditions of Release.

Patricia Troyer, Armour Road, Millington, guilty of METH-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, cost and tax, 60 days jail, and 9/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Failure To Appear.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Anthony Copeland, Blooming Grove Road, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Criminal Trespass, Restitution to be paid in full joint and several with Co-Defendants; dismissed: charge of Vandalism $1,000 - $2,500.

Trace Pierce, Spencer Mill Road, Burns, pre-trial diversion for Possession of Traffic Control Sign/Signal Devices, no sentence listed.

Braden Simmons, Broom Sage Circle, Unionville, pre-trial diversion for Possession of Traffic Control Sign/Signal Devices, no sentence listed.

Tabatha Swatzell, N. Reynolds St, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, Alcohol and Drug Assessment, 11/29 supervised probation, cost and tax; dismissed: charge of Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment-8 years or less.

Carla Wagner, Jordan Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for Criminal Trespass, cost and tax waived, no contact with victim or property.

The following cases were dismissed:

Charlotte Harris, Green Oaks, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Compulsory School Attendance-Penalty.

Keyonna Tena Johnson, Curry Street, Lexington, dismissed charge of Domestic Assault.

Denise Martin, Sheppard St, Milan, dismissed charge of Public Intoxication.

Dana Milton, Forrest Circle, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Probation Violation.

Lutrecia Tharpe, Chickasaw Road, Paris, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Light Law Violation.

Belinda Lee Yousel, S. Hunt Street, Sharon, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Speeding.
