The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on November 12.
Cases that resulted in a guilty plea or verdict include the following.
Lawson Drake Boyd, General Forrest Drive, Bruceton, guilty, reckless driving, $250 fine, unsupervised probation for 6 months, 10 hours of community service.
Bobby Cooper-Turnbull, N. Point Drive, Nunnelly, Tenn., guilty, driving while revoked, $75 fine, unsupervised probation for 11 months, 29 days; dismissed charges of evading arrest, reckless driving, driver fails to exercise due care, speeding.
Jamie L. Garrison, Highway 104, Cedar Grove, guilty, resisting arrest, search, or stop, four months jail, supervised probation for 7 months, 29 days; guilty, assault,-threat of bodily harm.
Rory Oneil Ray, Rowland Mill Road, Bruceton, DUI-First Offense, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year; dismissed, driving on the right.
David South, Sullivan Road, Greenfield, guilty, failure to appear, on plea bargain, $100 fine, 15 days jail, unsupervised probation.

William C. Thompson, Griggs Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, domestic assault, 10 days jail, supervised probation for 11 months, 19 days, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, aggravated assault.
Brian Zollicofer, Liberty Church Road, Holladay, guilty, driving while revoked – second or subsequent offense, $350 fine, 45 days jail, supervised probation 10 months, 14 days.
The following cases were dismissed.
Joseph Calvo, Highway 51 Bypass, Dyersburg, dismissed, unlawful possession of weapon, burglary, theft, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Howard, Winchester Street, McKenzie, dimissed, domestic assault, failure to appear.
Aaron Luter, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, dismissed, possession of schedule II drugs, theft, burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Clayton Milton, Highway 51, Dyersburg, dismissed, unlawful possession of weapon, burglary, theft, possession of drug paraphernalia.
