HUNTINGDON (January 6-7) — The following cases were heard in the January 6 and 7 hearings of Carroll County General Sessions Court.
The following resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Douglas Bradley, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, guilty, violation of order of protection, 10 days jail, 11/19 supervised probation.
Nicholas Melton, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, guilty, domestic assault, probation violation, 60 days in jail, supervised probation for 9 months, 29 days; dismissed, domestic assault.
The following cases were dismissed.
Dana Milton, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, probation violation.
Myles Jordan Watson, Nash Street, Union City, dismissed, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, carjacking, theft of property. All charges were dismissed.
