The following is the disposition of cases in the Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 4, 10 and 11.
Cases bound over the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court include:
Frederic Crawley, Atwood, bound over on Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Burglary, Assault.
Timothy Goode, Trezevant, bound over on Evading Arrest, Driving While License Suspended, Reckless Driving, Failure to Exercise Due Care, Speeding, Failure to Appear. Dismissed one count of Evading Arrest and Driving While Suspended.
Robert D. Bennett, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Failure to Appear, Driving While Suspended, Failure to Appear, Driving Under Influence-Third Offense, Careless-Neglect Driver.
Baryon Oneil Johnson, Huntingdon, bound over on Failure to Appear, Reckless Endangerment, Evading Arrest Risk of Death or Injury, Driving While Revoked, Domestic Assault, Criminal Trespass.
Cassius Jordan, Lebanon, Tenn., Bound Over on Possession of a Weapon-Convicted Felon, Schedule II Drugs-Manufacturing, Delivery, Sell or Possession, Schedule IV Drugs, Simple Possession, Driving While Revoked, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Michael Wayne Shackleford, Hollow Rock, bound over on Reckless Driving.
*The following is the disposition of cases that resulted in a guilty conviction or plea:
James Boaz, Martin guilty of Theft, $500 restitution, unsupervised probation for 11/29, no contact with victim.
Terry Brown, Miller Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Altering, Falsifying, Forging Title or Plate, 30 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 10/29. Dismissed charges of Driving on Revoked, Lack of Financial Responsibility.
Timothy Goode, Trezevant, guilty of Probation Violation, probation revoked.
Bennie Marty Harbin, II, McKenzie, guilty of Theft, $1.50 restitution to victim, 120 days in jail.
Amy Lou Cagle, Cedar Grove, guilty of Failure to Appear, 10 days in jail, unsupervised probation.
Shianne Elizabeth Hunt, Huntingdon, guilty of Violation of Order of Protection, no contact with victim, must complete alcohol and drug assessment. Dismissed charges of Failure to Appear and Schedule II Drugs, Manufacturing, Delivery, Sell, or Possession.
Garrett Maynard, McKenzie, guilty, Reckless Driving, Reckless Driving by Intoxicant, $350 fine, four days in jail, unsupervised probation.

Johnny Lee Moudy, Hollow Rock, guilty of Probation Violation, supervised probation for 11/14; guilty of Failure to Appear, 15 days in jail; dismissed charge of Driving While Revoked.
Amanda Paige Davis, Huntingdon, guilty, Failure to Carry, Exhibit Drivers License, $50 fine; dismissed Failure to Appear.
Jason Fuqua, McKenzie, guilty, Assault-Physical Contact, 10 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 11/19.
Joshua William Pride, McKenzie, guilty of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $300 fine, time served; dismissed charge of Simple Possession.
Chad Hunter Payne Reep, Powell, Tenn., guilty of DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours in jail, not to drive for one year, 11/29 unsupervised probation; dismissed Simple Possession, Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle, Driving on Right, Implied Consent.
Jacob Saulters, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft, restitution to victim, supervised probation 17 months; guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass; dismissed charge of Identity Theft.
