A computer check showed that Kennedy’s license was suspended.

According to the report by Deputy Ethan Parham, he pulled over a silver Honda Civic driven by Griffin after observing the vehicle swerving in and out of traffic. At one point, Griffin began cursing at officers on the scene, and, according to Parham, Griffin threatened to do harm to Parham and his wife while being transported to the Carroll County Jail.
