NASHVILLE — Architectural drawings for the new plans for Paris Landing Inn were released and an accelerated timeline for construction of the new Inn was discussed when meeting State Rep. Bruce Griffey, and R-Paris; Henry County Mayor Brent Greer met recently with state officials and contractors in Nashville.
Griffey said the meeting was held “to make sure the construction timeline for the new Inn was being pushed forward rather than delayed.”
Design plans and schematic drawings were reviewed for the additional 25 rooms that previously were added to the project which brought the new Inn’s room total from 65 to 90.
Griffey said the current status of the project was reviewed. “Unfortunately, there have been delays with the project” as a result of the environmental cleanup at the demolition site, he said.
